OHM Advisors is seeking an Office Director/Principal-in-Charge to lead the Hancock office, develop staff, and strengthen client relationships. The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial oversight, and growth through market opportunities across architecture, engineering, and related services.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience, a strong reputation, and a track record of delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative culture that advances communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, surveying, planning, or landscape architecture field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Hancock office, driving engagement, staffing, onboarding, development and retention across People, Projects, Technical and Client career paths.
• Set and monitor utilization, staffing, and performance goals; coach and develop team members.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and operational plans; analyze metrics to drive growth and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and improve profitability and resource management.
• Drive geographic growth by leveraging client relationships, adding staff, and pursuing opportunities.
