Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator to support the development of architectural designs and construction documents. You will work alongside Project Architects, Interior Designers, and our multidisciplinary team to translate design intent into detailed, coordinated drawings used for bidding and construction.

You will learn OHM Advisors’ standards and procedures while gaining hands-on experience across project phases.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a two-year associate degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related technical field, or a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans that communicate design intent and support bidding and construction.
  • Assist Project Architects and Interior Designers in applying principles, methods, and techniques of the architectural, engineering, design, and construction disciplines.
  • Review and draft plans and details in accordance with project design requirements and company standards.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of construction documents, including plans and details, alongside Project Architects and Interior Designers.
  • Assist with project filing, organization, and documentation throughout different phases of the project.
  • Perform detailed field measurements and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit applications for plan review to local jurisdictions.
  • Complete assigned project responsibilities within established schedules and deadlines.
  • Take initiative in moving assigned tasks and project responsibilities toward completion.
  • Learn and apply new design strategies, techniques, and industry practices.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial architecture firm.

What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors

As an Architecture Project Coordinator, you will support the development of architectural designs and construction documents for a variety of projects. Working alongside Project Architects, Interior Designers, and other members of our multidisciplinary team, you will help translate design intent into detailed, coordinated drawings used for bidding and construction.

In this role, you will build your knowledge of OHM Advisors’ standards and procedures while gaining hands-on experience throughout different phases of a project. You will contribute to the preparation of plans and details, field documentation, project organization, and coordination while continuing to develop your technical skills and understanding of the architectural design and construction process.

Your Responsibilities
