OHM Advisors seeks an Office Director/Principal-in-Charge for the Hancock, Michigan office. The role requires engaging leadership, staff development, and strong client management to drive growth and maintain exceptional service.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in leadership, and licensure in related fields. Expect collaboration across architecture, engineering, planning and surveying teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, surveying, planning, or landscape architecture from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.
• Preferred licensure in architecture, engineering, surveying, or landscape architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead OHM Advisors' Hancock office with staff engagement and development.
• Manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and operational plans.
• Drive business development and marketing plans to grow the office.
• Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Preserve and grow client relationships and project profitability.
• Provide technical guidance and staff training.
