Job summary

AMD Distribution, an insulation specialty distributor and subsidiary of Installed Building Products, seeks an organized Office Coordinator in New Hope, MN to support daily office operations, data processing, and front-desk reception.

You will enter and verify orders, coordinate with sales, purchasing and warehouse teams, and ensure on-time delivery. The role offers Monday–Friday hours, hourly pay range of $24–$30, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in data processing, order fulfillment, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a partially remote environment.
• Self-starter with consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary receptionist and manage a shared inbox.
• Verify order specifications and quantities before production.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Facilitate shipment of LTL/FTL orders.
• Support document preparation and record management.
• Provide timely responses to resolve issues.
