Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with MS applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Screen, redirect, and take messages.
  • Greet and direct visitors appropriately while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support with shipping out materials to job sites.
  • Assist with company luncheons and other company functions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing.
  • Support HR staff with new hire orientation.
  • Provide administrative support aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.
  • Arrange travel including hotels, transportation, and airfare.

Job Description

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. Screen, redirect, and take messages.
  • Help with phone coverage rotation from 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
  • Greet and direct visitors appropriately while maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support with shipping out materials to job sites.
  • Assist with company luncheons and other company functions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing, etc.
  • Support HR staff with new hire orientation.
  • Provide administrative support aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings and reservations as needed.
  • Arrange travel including hotels, transportation, and airfare.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range: $20-22 per hour
