Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Office Operations Support role to assist leadership and ensure daily office operations run smoothly. The position emphasizes timely, accurate tasks and collaboration across teams to support care delivery.

The role requires basic technology use, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and in-office attendance to maintain supervision and teamwork within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including mobile devices.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Experience in medical records scheduling or office administration/human resources is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all office operations to ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Assist leadership to ensure staff are supported and guided to the right resources.
• Contribute to daily office operations as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting all office operations to ensure tasks are performed timely and accurately. Assists leadership to ensure employees are supported and guided to the correct resources or personnel. Serves in and supports any role as needed to contribute to daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Required to have High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred to have Associate's Degree or higher.


• Required to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.


• Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence


• Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law


• Highly preferred minimum one year experience working in a home health or hospice setting involving medical records scheduling, or office administration/human resources.


• Preferred minimum of six months’ experience in medical records in a health care office.


• Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).


• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.


• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.


• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
