Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an Office Operations Support professional to assist leadership and keep daily office activities running smoothly. You will help coordinate resources, ensure timely task completion, and support various roles as needed while maintaining a high standard of administrative service.

The role emphasizes in-office attendance, collaboration, and strong communication within a team, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, records, and operations support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance required by law.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Medical records scheduling or office administration/HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• In-office attendance is essential to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting all office operations to ensure tasks are performed timely and accurately. Assists leadership to ensure employees are supported and guided to the correct resources or personnel. Serves in and supports any role as needed to contribute to daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Required to have High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred to have Associate's Degree or higher.
• Required to have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence
• Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law
• Highly preferred minimum one year experience working in a home health or hospice setting involving medical records scheduling, or office administration/human resources.
• Preferred minimum of six months’ experience in medical records in a health care office.
• Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
• Other than for designated full‑time remote positions, in‑office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
