UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Office Coordinator to support the Admin Staff, manage day-to-day operations, and help keep offices clean and stocked.
In this non-exempt, full-time role, you will aid patient registration and scheduling, back-up coverage, and ensure accurate billing and compliance. A high school diploma and at least two years' experience are required.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $18.24 - $32.82 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

The Office Coordinator oversees the Admin Staff and ensures that their day to day job requirements are completed, their offices are kept clean and a request is put in for any supplies needed for the office.
All responsibilities are essential job functions.

Work is considered sedentary. Position requires work indoors in a normal office environment.
