UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee the admin staff, ensure daily office operations, and support accurate patient registration and scheduling. You will back up colleagues, manage supplies, and handle project work as needed.
The role requires at least two years of hospital billing experience, strong communication, and a commitment to exemplary customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position with a day shift in Central Massachusetts.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $18.24 - $32.82 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week). Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. The Office Coordinator oversees the Admin Staff and ensures that their day to day job requirements are completed, their offices are kept clean and a request is put in for any supplies needed for the office.
Work is considered sedentary. Position requires work indoors in a normal office environment.
