Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls and voicemails during business hours.
• Greet customers and visitors at showroom; respond to inquiries.
• Schedule estimates and appointments; coordinate with installation teams.
• Quote products by phone and email; support estimators with follow-up on quotes.
• Maintain organized filing of orders and daily work documents.
• Order office/shop supplies and keep the workspace tidy.
• Assist with social media or basic marketing tasks as needed.

This position is offered by a locally owned small business that strives to provide excellent customer service and high quality products to our wide range of customers. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a multitude of tasks throughout the day all while being the friendly face of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the Customer Service Rep handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to:

• Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours
• Respond to any voicemails and/or messages from answering service
• Respond to inbound email correspondence, forward on as appropriate
• Greet customers and all other visitors to the showroom
• Screen incoming leads/potential customers
• Schedule estimate appointments
• Quote product by telephone for clients/customers
• Assist Estimators with follow up on pending sales/ quotes by phone and/or email
• Strategically schedule work appointments for Installation Technicians, along with customers accordingly
• Troubleshoot issue from field if needed, working with GM/vendors and techs to find solutions
• Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors for size and pricing accuracy
• Filing of daily work orders and estimates
• Ordering of all office / shop supplies
• Keeping office clean/tidy

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• All candidates must be able pass initial background check and drug test

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent verbal/written communications skills
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)
• Social Media proficiency (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period and at the discretion of the Franchise Owner.

Compensation expectations:

• Ranges based on prior experience and skill level - $20 - 25 hourly
• Includes 2 weeks paid time off annually
