As an Office Coordinator Clerical (OCC) in the Float Pool, you will support clinic operations by collaborating with physicians, nurses and other caregivers in a variety of units, departments and/or locations. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, answering and triaging phone calls, scheduling appointments, diagnostic testing and surgical procedures, obtaining referrals and authorizations and maintaining physicians' calendars. Your work helps to ensure a positive patient experience. You will have various opportunities to grow and expand your skills and move into other roles throughout the enterprise.
A caregiver in this position works variable 8-hour shifts requiring availability Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM and 12:30PM - 9:00PM, including flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
