Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Office Coordinator to work cooperatively with all staff to expedite office and program workflows. The role includes receptionist duties, clerical tasks, and coordinating administrative projects.

You will also provide Local Help Desk support to staff, assisting with technical issues with IS help, approximately 75% administrative work and 25% IT support, and you must meet the listed qualifications to be considered.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate is required.
  • At least 2 years of related office experience is required.
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process.

Responsibilities

  • As the Office Coordinator you will work cooperatively with all staff in expediting the general flow of work pertaining to the office and programs.
  • The Office Coordinator will perform receptionist and general office/clerical duties, facilitate administrative projects, and provide Local Help Desk (LHD) support by assisting local staff with technical troubleshooting needs with the assistance of the IS Department.

Wage: $18.50 per hour

Job Description
What You Get To Do

This role involves approximately 75% administrative duties and 25% Local Help Desk support.
