Tyson Eye in East Fort Myers is seeking a dedicated front-office professional to deliver exceptional patient service and manage billing-related tasks within a busy ophthalmology practice.

You will review patient charts, verify information, explain charges, and handle money with accuracy, while leveraging technology and a digital phone system. Training and career advancement are available in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reviewing patient charts, verifying information, explaining charges and answering questions.
• Experience posting charges or handling money.
• Proficiency in technology and experience with a digital phone system.
• Office management experience is a plus.
• Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
