Atlantic Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc. in Beltsville, MD, is looking for an Office Coordinator to run the front office, answer calls, route mail, greet applicants (many Spanish speakers) and support back‑office tasks in HR, finance, and more.
No prior office, HR, or construction experience is required. You will be trained on every task, and punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail are valued as you handle routine processes with care for diverse applicants.
Founded only 30 years ago, Atlantic Restoration & Waterproofing, Inc. has become the largest and most trusted historic restoration contractor in the Washington DC metro area. With over 250 full time employees across office and field positions, we specialize in stone, masonry, concrete, waterproofing, and roofing. We have worked on many landmark projects across the DC, MD, VA region including the Lincoln & Jefferson Memorials, FBI Headquarters, The Federal Reserve Bank, and the National Building Museum, among many others. We work directly with many government agencies such as the GSA, USACE, DOD, NAVFAC, and many more. At Atlantic, we are committed to preserving our country’s most timeless buildings.
We're hiring an Office Coordinator to run the front office at our Beltsville, MD headquarters: answering and routing phone calls, handling mail and office supplies, greeting job applicants (many of whom speak only Spanish) and walking them through the application, and helping with administrative tasks for back office staff, including HR, finance, and more.
This role does not require prior office, HR, or construction experience. It requires someone who shows up on time every day without being told, who double-checks a form before handing it off instead of guessing, and who treats a Spanish-speaking applicant standing at the front desk with the same care as a phone call from the owner. You'll be trained on every task here; work ethic and follow-through are the two things we can't train.
