Utah Transit Authority is seeking an Office Clerk (Part Time) to support Frontlines Headquarters with clerical tasks, front desk coverage, mail delivery, document scanning, filing, data entry, copying and recycling support.
Requirements include being at least 18 years old, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook, ability to lift light items, and regular attendance. Pay is $18.13 per hour with generous time-off and benefits for eligible employees.
As the Office Clerk (Part Time), you will: Provide clerical support as needed to the Frontlines Headquarters which includes front desk coverage assistance, mail delivery assistance, document scanning, filing, data entry, copying, and assisting with recycling.
Minimum Qualifications Experience: None Required, must be at least 18 years old.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to work in a variable environment. Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook. Ability to frequently lift mail or other light items. Ability to read and write. This job requires regular and predictable attendance.
