Job summary

Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., seeks an Office Cleaner responsible for janitorial cleaning and facilities maintenance at the assigned site, delivering clean, safe, welcoming environments. You will perform routine tasks, follow health and safety protocols, and report needs to supervisors.

The role requires a reliable team member trained to work without supervision after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, elevators and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and commodes, replenishing lavatory supplies as needed.
• Remove trash, empty wastebaskets.
• Use cleaning solutions safely, adhering to safety precautions.
• Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily.
• Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by state, local, and/or customers.
