Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Certified AML as required by role.
• HIPAA certification required where applicable.
• Knowledge of alcohol, tobacco, lottery laws as applicable.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong cash handling and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Process Western Union, money orders, lottery tickets, coin redemptions, refunds and related transactions.
• Prepare deposits and maintain store financial records and bank logs.
• Balance cash drawers and report discrepancies to management.
• Answer phones, order office supplies, assist cashiers, and support office tasks.
• Adhere to tender policies and AML/government regulations for monetary transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and provide friendly customer service.
