Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Barista for a premier client’s office space. You will greet, prepare and serve beverages for employees in a fast-paced, Monday–Friday shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

The role emphasizes a collaborative kitchen hub that supports mentorship and personal growth. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED and 1+ years making coffee beverages, with strong customer service, communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required; 1+ years experience creating common coffee beverages and specialty drinks.
Excellent listening and communication skills to interact with coworkers and customers.
Basic coffee knowledge; advanced roasting/grinding knowledge is helpful.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently with others in a high-volume setting.
Attention to detail to fulfill exact customer requests and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

Beverages: Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, such as coffee and tea.
Orders: Taking orders and customizing them as requested.
