Synergy in Boston is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our building operations team. You will perform maintenance duties, respond to work orders, and support contractors in an urban office building.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and trade skills including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, EMS and other building mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors building system operations and performance. Uses carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC trade skills.
• Supports work performed by outside contractors; landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, cleaning.
• Performs repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and maintains records.
