Current, a leading CPA network firm in Honolulu, HI, seeks a Project Manager to lead office build-outs, relocations, and related workplace projects from planning through move-in and stabilization.

You will coordinate with firm leadership, internal operations, IT, landlords, architects, and vendors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption. Strong organization and multi-party coordination are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in project management or coordination in professional services or accounting
• Experience coordinating with landlords, architects, contractors, and vendors
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects

Responsabilidades

• Lead office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and related projects from planning through move-in and closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and task assignments.
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, contractors, furniture dealers, and other vendors.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and installation timelines for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and signage.
• Coordinate IT readiness (network, phones, AV) and move plans for employees and files.
• Ensure occupancy readiness and provide post-move support to maintain business continuity.
