ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Serves as Case Assignment/Placement Unit Support.
  • Maintains unit files consisting of open and closed unit records, inter- and intra- office memoranda, bulletins, letters, policy and procedures updates, etc.
  • Answers incoming phone calls and greets visitors; receives, sorts, date stamps incoming mail and faxes and distributes to appropriate staff, which requires accessing tickler file(s) manual or automated to determine appropriate distribution.
  • Conducts complex timekeeping and payroll functions utilizing automated office equipment and technology.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
