The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire an Office Associate for the Chester Mental Health Center located in Chester, Illinois to perform a variety of complex specialized keyboarding and clerical functions for the Worker’s Compensation Coordinator and other facility departments. Gathers documents pertaining to service-connected injuries for review by the Worker’s Compensation Coordinator. Inputs all inventoried items from requisitions, items received as recorded on receiving reports and cost adjustments for received items. Utilizes a personal computer or typewriter to keyboard/type general correspondence, reports, etc. to Serves as back-up to the various business office departments. Sorts all incoming facility mail.
