Under the general supervision of the Office Service Supervisor I, the Office Assistant is responsible for the duties of the Timekeeper Clerk, assisting at the front counter, answering incoming telephone calls, and providing general office clerical support for the San Francisco Area.

Working Conditions

Work in a climate-controlled office environment. Works under artificial lighting, with exposure to computer screens and other basic office equipment.
