Core Responsibilities:
  • typing, filing, making copies, answering telephones and other general clerical duties as needed.
  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Filing of paperwork and documents.
  • Faxing, scanning and indexing documents.
  • Assisting in a back‑up capacity for Regional Operations staff, in greeting/screening individuals coming into the office and asking questions to determine needs and referring to appropriate employee, unit or office for services.
  • Receiving, routing and transferring all incoming calls and documenting all walk in traffic on the electronic walk‑in log.
  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
