As an Office Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Probation Department and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, staff, and the public. You’ll assist with greeting and directing visitors, data entry, typing, special projects, inventory and ordering supplies, processing payments, and other general office duties.
