Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to the salesperson.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams.
• Process accounts payable.
• Assist accounts receivable.
• Handle DMV/state title work.
• Provide professional, friendly communication with callers and visitors.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Help schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
