Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.

Supervisory Role

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive student sign-in logs, including both paper-based and electronic records.
  • Provide assistance with data entry procedures and oversee the upkeep of the student inquiry database.
  • Manage routine office operations, such as scheduling student appointments, greeting visitors, handling telephone inquiries, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Process requests for supplies, equipment, printing, conferences, meetings, subscriptions, software, and transportation.
  • Organize, monitor, and distribute bus tickets allocated to students participating in the CAT program.
  • Contribute to the development of program promotional materials and related documentation, encompassing printed materials, electronic media, and website content.
  • Support outreach initiatives, including tabling events and the dissemination of promotional materials.
  • Establish and maintain an accurate and efficient filing system.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure the security of all student records.
  • Assist in the preparation of routine, data collection, special, and ancillary reports as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
