Our agency is looking to fill two full-time, permanent Office Assistant (OA3) vacancies within the Community Corrections Division.

Both positions work for the Tukwila Field Unit located at the Seattle Community Justice Center (CJC), 1550 4th Ave S. Seattle, WA 98134.

Under general supervision from the Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS), the OA3s will perform file management and routine, advanced clerical support tasks for the CCS, Community Corrections Officers (CCOs), and associated units. Working independently, you will perform a variety of complex clerical projects and assignments and perform duties involved with working at the reception desk. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Six months of clerical and/or customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • And must possess and maintain an unrestricted driver's license valid in the state of Washington.
