Our agency is looking to fill a full-time, permanent Office Assistant (OA3) vacancy within the Community Corrections Division. This position works for the iCoach Transition and Resource East Unit located at 912 6th Street, Clarkston, WA 9403.
iCoach (individualized, community-oriented, accountability, collaborative help) aims to positively impact supervised individuals by using responsivity and coaching through increased supervisory engagement and relationship building with those they supervise.
Under general supervision from the Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS) for the Eastside iCoach team, this position will aid and support the CCS, iCoach Transition and Resource Corrections Specialists, and other stakeholders with day-to-day duties and general office/administrative support. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Provide administrative and office support to the Regional iCoach Transition and Resource Unit.
Assist Corrections Specialists 3s (CS3s), Community Corrections Officers (CCOs), and Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS) in a wide variety of tasks to include filing, accessing and generating reports, tracking information, retrieving/entering data, providing information, etc.
Daily use of various computer programs and applications.
Other duties as assigned.
