FX Physical Therapy in Timonium, MD is seeking a Clinic Assistant to be the first and last impression for patients. You will support front-office operations, coordinate patient flow and maintain a warm, professional environment.
You will assist therapists and the office coordinator, handle patient intake, collect copays, verify benefits, schedule follow-ups, and keep the clinic clean and organized while delivering excellent customer service.

We require our team to follow our processes and protocols to ensure consistency for the patient’s experience.
The Physical Therapy Clinic Assistant is responsible for working closely with the Physical Therapists and Office Coordinator by supporting the day to day activities and needs of our patients. All employees must model the FX brand by showing passion, creativity, quality and efficiently complete all tasks assigned while achieving goals of the team. The Clinic Assistant works closely with the patients, Physical Therapists and Office Coordinator to ensure communication, consistency, teamwork and ultimately exceed our patient’s expectations.
$17 to $19 per hour based on experience
Monday - Friday 7a-3p
