Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Experience with office technology and digital communications tools.
  • Experience coordinating meetings/events/employee engagement.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to site leadership and offices.
  • Coordinate visitor sign-in, reception, and site access records.
  • Support daily office operations and keep supplies stocked.
  • Coordinate uniform and PPE distribution; process invoices and paperwork.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and HR administrative processes.
  • Support KEEP engagement activities and Town Hall logistics.
  • Publish employee announcements and assist internal communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-functional site projects.

About the role
Overview

Provides administrative and operational support to the site leadership team through office administration, employee experience coordination, communication support, and execution of plant administrative processes.

Administrative Operations
  • Coordinate visitor sign-in and reception
  • Maintain site access systems and key/fob records
  • Support daily office operations
  • Maintain office supply and inventory levels
  • Coordinate uniform and PPE distribution
  • Process invoices and administrative paperwork
  • Provide administrative support to site leadership

Qualifications and skills
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two (2) or more years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using office technology and digital communication tools.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or employee engagement activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in an office environment with regular interaction throughout a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities may require standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of office supplies, training materials, or other work-related items. The position requires the ability to move between office and production areas and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, humidity, and other typical manufacturing conditions. Flexibility in scheduling and occasional overtime may be required to support business needs.

The pay range for this position is $24 - $26 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
