Job summary

Kerry, the world's leading taste and nutrition company, is hiring a production operator in Missouri to operate and monitor the sawdust dryer, APV evaporator, calciners, and other processing equipment to support safe, efficient production.

You will follow HACCP and GMP guidelines, maintain logs, sanitation schedules, and assist with maintenance while complying with health and safety regulations. High school diploma preferred; pay is $20/hour; benefits included.

About the role
Primary Purpose

Operate and monitor the sawdust dryer, APV evaporator, calciners, and other processing equipment to support safe, efficient, and continuous production operations.

Key responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities

Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Adhere to all HACCP food safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
  • Follow and complete the Master Sanitation Schedule in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of processing equipment.
  • Maintain current and accurate production logs and Master Sanitation Schedule documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with air permit requirements related to cyclone operations.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Abilility to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
  • PFT & respirator fit test required
  • Working at heights / climbing ladders
Work Environment

Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.

The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour. This job posting is anticipated to expire on 8/31/26
