Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)

Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)

Position Overview:

Dürr is seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our regional and global teams. This role is ideal for a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a structured but flexible remote environment and can handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including document preparation, data entry, file organization, and scheduling.
  • Manage calendar coordination for internal meetings and virtual appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Support the team with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate the digital flow of correspondence and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and document handling for new hires.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a professional services, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint or SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with international business practices or multilingual abilities (especially German) is a plus.
