Maintains the Front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and visitors. Provides a high level of customer service by enrolling and checking in clients, greeting guests, and answering phone inquiries. Directs clients through the facility with clarity and professionalism. Upholds a professional and organized appearance, both in person and over the phone, representing The Salvation Army positively and professionally. Oversee our Shower program and performs general office duties to support administrative operations efficiently.
