The Salvation Army Fond du Lac is seeking an administrative assistant to provide clerical support across corps operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, mail processing, and assisting with monthly reports and seasonal projects.
You will backup reception, train volunteers for events, and help prepare financial items for postings to Regional Accounting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication, and confidentiality are essential.

High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to be insured by TSA's insurance carrier.
One year experience in a clerical support role preferred
$17.84-22.30/hour, based on experience.

Part-time employees with a regular work schedule of 20-29 hours per week are eligible for voluntary life benefits, prorated holiday pay and prorated paid time off.
Health, dental, vision, and hearing benefits, as well as basic and voluntary life benefits, will begin on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment. If the completion of a 90-day waiting period occurs on the first day of the calendar month, coverage will begin on that day.
