As an Office Administrator & Customer Support Expert, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From greeting visitors to overseeing our CRM system, scheduling, invoicing, and supporting our team, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  2. Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
  3. Manage customer interactions, including lead generation, scheduling, and coordinating installations and services.
  4. Use CRM software to schedule and track customer service requests and follow-ups.
  5. Handle invoicing and accounting through QuickBooks Online.
  6. Supervise office staff to ensure the highest levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  7. Manage office inventory and supplies, ordering what’s needed to keep the business running smoothly.
  8. Update and maintain reports and sales databases to track performance and ensure efficiency.

What You Bring:

  1. 2+ years of experience in office administration, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  2. Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  3. Experience with CRM systems, ideally customized to fit business needs.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. A systematic problem-solver who can bring order to any situation.
