Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking an Office Administrator to perform advanced clerical tasks and support our facility in Saxonburg, PA. The role requires accurate data handling, Office suite proficiency, and dependable teamwork to maintain records, prepare reports, and assist with corporate programs.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliable communication with staff, and customer service orientation, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy; able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.

Responsibilities

  • Input employees into the biometric clock system and resolve related technical issues.
  • Manage miscellaneous functions such as updating employee bulletin boards, coordinating special activities, newsletters, and other programs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports as requested.
  • Ensure records are maintained with prescribed documentation in compliance with company policies and practices.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Support invoicing and expense report submission processes as needed.
  • Assist the General Manager with administration of corporate programs (e.g., DOT tracking, safety investigations, compliance).

Monday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day)

The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator is to perform complex administrative duties following established procedures.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the facility by performing general clerical and administrative duties.
  • Input employees into the biometric clock system and resolve related technical issues.
  • Manage miscellaneous functions such as updating employee bulletin boards, coordinating special activities, newsletters, and other programs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports as requested.
  • Ensure records are maintained with prescribed documentation in compliance with company policies and practices.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
