Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Indiana is seeking a Labor Management System Support professional to maintain LMS items, generate daily and weekly reports, and train staff on LMS procedures. You will analyze data to support departmental metrics and ensure data accuracy across operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma (0–3 years), intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and strong verbal/written communication and teamwork abilities. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Labor Management System Support

Maintain and update select items within the labor management system. A person in this position works on routine tasks that involve some choice of action within limits. Must be able to define problems within the scope of the job, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain department information in the labor management system, including minor setup and reporting functions.
