We’re looking for a highly organized, people-loving Office Administrator to join our onsite team and help us deliver an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and make them feel like family
  • Manage office calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Keep communication flowing—phone, email, and in-person
  • Confirmation for seminars
  • Support advisors and leadership with meeting prep
  • Assist with live event coordination and follow-up
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly office environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
  • Strong communication skills—professional, friendly, and clear
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive by nature
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, calendars, MS Office, etc.)
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a huge plus
  • Financial or retirement planning background is a bonus
  • Coachable, motivated, dependable, and excited to grow
