We are hiring an Office Manager who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare, we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to join our dedicated team to support our caregivers and clients. We are seeking an Office Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Office Manager position with SYNERGY HomeCare:

● Competitive pay ranges between $45,750 - $56,500

● Paid earned vacation and travel allowances

● Company car, travel and electronic reimbursements

● Oversight of all office and field positions

● Leadership and training for office staff

● Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation

● Responsibility for meeting goals set by the franchise owner

● Performance Management building a culture of high accountability

Experience – Two years of supervisory or management experience in home care preferred

Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
