Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist front office teammates with tools, training, and information.
  • Manage payroll and HR records.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables and Payables while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job description

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. This role involves performing various duties, including assisting front office teammates with tools, training, and information; managing payroll and HR records; maintaining Accounts Receivables and Payables; handling cash procedures; and ensuring a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
