Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking an administrative assistant to support a busy Milwaukee office. You will answer calls, maintain calendars, update the database, and serve as a liaison between departments, vendors and staff.

Qualifications include prior clerical experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, keen attention to detail, strong verbal communication, and a willingness to learn and go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain and update the company database and calendars.
• Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members.
• General office tasks including filing, creating job packets, reminder calls, mail distribution, welcoming customers and visitors, inventory and front-area cleaning.

About the Role:
