Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks a Brand Ambassador to engage customers in retail environments and events. You will introduce remodeling services, share special offers, and schedule free in-home demonstrations without aggressive selling.

Earn up to $50,000–$70,000 in your first year with uncapped bonuses, plus benefits and the possibility of part-time roles. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into management and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Training provided to new hires.
• Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without.
• Self-motivated individuals who want to grow in sales and marketing

What we offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
• Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr
• Top reps earn $80k+/yr

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends
• Currently hiring for 11am – 7pm shifts Friday- Sunday
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
