Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an administrative assistant to support daily operations on-site. The role involves answering a multi-line phone system, maintaining the database and calendars, and serving as the liaison between departments, vendors, and staff.

You will perform general office tasks and ensure smooth front-desk operations, with training and development opportunities within a fast-growing nationwide home-improvement network.

• Previous administrative or clerical experience.

About The Role

In this position you will:

• Answer a multi-line phone system
• Maintain and update the company database and calendars
• Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
• General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
