Marysville Physical Therapy is on the lookout for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to lead our Marysville outpatient clinic! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating an amazing patient experience, and know how to keep a clinic running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Be the face and leader of our clinic, ensuring top-notch patient experiences
  2. Keep daily operations running like clockwork—manage daily schedule to ensure smooth, efficient & productive daily schedules
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service while handling patient and staff concerns
  4. Lead insurance verification & authorization process.
  5. Ensure all patient intake paperwork is complete before appointments
  6. Handle payments, including self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance, at the time of service

  1. Healthcare Experience (Physical Therapy preferred)
