Job description

Job Purpose: The Office Administrator at PerfectWater is responsible for all administrative tasks in the office, including preparing A/P reports and managing insurance policies. They are the behind-the-scenes hero of the company.

Key Results Areas (KRAs):

  • Ensure company financial records are accurate and available promptly.
  • Complete filing and updating of company documents accurately and on time.
  • Perform basic Human Resource functions effectively.
  • Oversee tax filings and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Maintain an orderly and lively office environment.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Content placement in process and systems documentation software.
  • Oversee software integrations with QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
  • Handle phone reception and call distribution.
  • Process payroll using Gusto.
  • Deposit checks and enter customer payments.
  • Maintain office supplies and orderliness.
  • Respond to emails and ensure healthy communication.
  • Manage insurance policies.
  • Assist in team member onboarding.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks functions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in Office Management and QuickBooks.
