Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to perform various duties. Responsibilities include assisting front office staff with tools, training, and information; providing accurate payroll and HR recordkeeping for all center associates; maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures according to company standards; and ensuring a consistent customer experience by applying Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
