Come join our growing team. We are looking for anOffice Administrator.

Spider by BrandSafWay, designs and manufactures suspended access equipment products including traction hoists, drum hoists, suspended scaffolding, modular platforms, rigging equipment, aerial work cages or swing stages, along with wire rope and required electrical and welding accessories.

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $45k- $65kannually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, supply inventory, and general administrative duties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers, delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support.
  • Manage timekeeping and payroll processes, including collecting and submitting employee hours to payroll for weekly processing.
  • Accurately maintain and input data in internal systems such as Salesforce, Rental man, and other project management platforms as needed.
  • Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and lump-sum billing tracking to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to support team efficiency and follow-through.
  • Monitor safety documentation to ensure alignment with BrandSafway safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track packages and ensure the secure, timely distribution of materials, including employee paychecks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administrative duties required by the region.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Payroll experienced
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with invoicing or financial processes is a plus.
