Our team in Fredericksburg is growing — and we are seeking a dynamic Office Administrator to help us support our branch operations and continue raising the bar.

About the Role:

This is an elevated Office Administrator role that supports the branch team and leadership while contributing to the day-to-day smooth operation of the office. You’ll be empowered to handle a variety of administrative tasks and serve as the central point of coordination for the branch — without carrying the full scope of an Office Manager. This is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their office career and grow into expanded responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers at the branch

  • Support branch General Manager and leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks

  • Assist with payroll preparation, timecard reconciliation, and daily reporting

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities-related needs

  • Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth daily workflow

  • Support onboarding of new hires and help maintain employee records

  • Maintain accurate data entry in ServiceTitan and other systems

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed

  • Foster a positive, professional, and organized office environment

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, customer-first attitude

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software a plus

  • Prior experience in the trades or home services industry a plus
