Job Summary: The Office Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the office, providing administrative, business development, financial, and facility support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. This role partners with company principals and staff to support project pursuits, maintain office operations, coordinate administrative processes, and deliver a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

High School or better.
Associates or better in Business Administration or related field.
Associates or better in Communication or related field.
Associates or better in Marketing or related field.
3+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, coordinator, or business support role.
